The Foundation established a Management Committee of the Marine Spatial Planning Academy to make research decisions on major issues of this Academy. The MSPA Academic Affairs Committee makes specific decisions and arrangements for the work of the Marine Spatial Planning Academy. The MSPA Secretariat undertakes the daily work of the Academy. Experts were hired to form an expert committee and a specially-appointed expert group to make recommendations for the Marine Spatial Planning Academy.
