Marine Library
CODF gives top priority to educational poverty alleviation and knowledge popularization of marine science for primary and secondary school students, besides, it donates “marine libraries” for primary and secondary schools in poor areas and old revolutionary base areas annually and donates marine books as well as audio and video products for students to know and understand the ocean. Meanwhile, we promote marine knowledge into the classroom, marine culture into the campus, and actively cultivate marine reserve talents by conducting marine knowledge lectures, contests, summer camps, training classes and so on.

Coastal Cleanup
In terms of beach garbage and marine microplastics, CODF has coordinated with relevant units and public institution of environmental protection to launch the national coastal cleanup in annual International Coastal Cleanup Day since 2017. This activity publicizes knowledge of marine environmental protection by recruiting volunteers to clear the rubbish in order to enhance the national awareness of knowing ocean, caring about ocean and protecting ocean.
